Biggest Tysons Project Gets Green Light
Cityline's Scotts Run South crossed a major hurdle this week when the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved its conceptual development plan, making it one of the largest Tysons redevelopment plans to get the green light and the largest rezoning application approved in the county. EVP Donna Shafer tells us the next step for the 6.6M SF mixed-use project is to talk with interested users, then submit a final development plan to the county. The project is next to the future McLean Metro station and will have 17 new buildings, including office, residential, retail, and hotel.
