Brokers Get Closer Peek at 1100 16th

Yesterday, just before the rains, we dropped by the rooftop of Rock Creek Property Group's newly delivered 1100 16th Stfor a broker event, where we snapped the firm's Andy Glick (right) with Serten Advisors' David Scheinberg. Andy says groups from several countries have already toured the building for additional embassy space or cultural centers. (Didn't "searching for additional embassy space" used to be called Manifest Destiny?)
Also snapped: CBRE's Tina Weaver and Rock Creek's Gary Schlager. Rock Creek is preferring to sell the 28k SF property to a single user (with a $650/SF asking price), though it's not opposed to leasingto a credit tenant, Andy says.
