Carr Scores $32.5M for Atrium Building

Fresh off its announcement of a $300M investmentfrom Israeli real estate firm Alony Hetz (which you heard here first) Carr Properties has secured some more cash, this time in the form of $32.5 in permanent financing for its Atrium Building in Old Town Alexandria. Cassidy Turley's John Campanella and Paul Spellman arranged the financing for the property, which is 94% leased.
