EastBanc to Buy Georgetown Post Office

The US Postal Service has agreed to sell its Georgetown Post Office at 1215 31st St to EastBanc for $4.5M, according to a report from theWashington Examiner. The report says that the Postal Service will maintain a retail location on the property's first floor, while EastBanc is expected to add a rear,below ground-level addition. We're hoping it's a mail strip club. Everyone who comes in gets a letter opener.
