Greenberg Traurig hospitality group co-chair Nelson Migdal (here with shareholder Tara Gorman) just spoke with a cross section of consultants--from brokers to lenders to advisors--at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS). He reports that although there's some uncertainty, the hospitality sector continues to be appealing to investors. Greenberg Traurig repped the group that bought two New Orleans hotels last week, as well as repping investors in Mexico, Latin America, Central America, and Asia.
