More WaPo Assets For Sale
Just days after announcing an exploration of selling its downtown HQ, The Washington Post said this morning that it's hired Studley's Art Greenberg (above) and Vernon Knapp to market its Robinson Terminal site in Old Town Alexandria. Officially owned by a Post subsidiary, it consists of two buildings on 6.7 acres and should command tons of developer interest due to its location on the Potomac. It had previously been used to house Gene Weingarten's mustache.
