The 34-year-old Marshall is the youngest ever to become a Cushman Director, representing big clients like BMC Software, Raytheon, ManTech, and Comsys. Also 34, Marcin runs Cushman's Federal Practice Group and has also been an architect, construction manager, and attorney. ThisCatholic law grad, huge UVa sports fan, and father of two has represented the Feds in transactions of more than 2.5 million SF.

28-year-old McDermott is a member of JLL?s investment sales team. He "doesn't mind getting dirty with the numbers" and has been involved in $3 billion worth of sales in his 4 years with the firm. This Tufts grad grew up overseas and is a big soccer fan. 32-year-old Bowser is a VP in JLL?s brokerage group and works with big clients likeRussell Reynolds, Goulston & Storrs, andSEIU. These guys are truly young. 27-year-old Carroccio has completed an impressive 33 transactions totaling 217k SF in his two years with the firm. Described as the "consummate real estate professional," this Washington & Lee grad taught 5th grade and coached lacrosse before getting into the business. Klug is a UNC grad and, working with Bruce Pascal, assisted in closing over 120 leases his first year. This 25-year-old is an avid golfer and grew up in a real estate family in North Carolina.

33-year-old Boulton-Lear, a UK native who spent three years in the Caymans as a Scuba enthusiast, has managed her firm's marketing since 2001, making sure those blue Davis Construction arrows are visible across the region. Stancill, 32, manages Monument?s marketing and is responsible for putting those yellow M?s everywhere. "Active in the community" is an understatement for this Mary Washington grad, who has big roles in the Real Estate Group, CREW, and the JDRF Real Estate Games. Hiller, the 30-year-old Alabama native who's marcom director for Akridge, does branding, project marketing, investor and community relations, and events. She went to Auburn and has a background both in graphic design and advertising.Ganon Rich, West, Lane & Schlager
A sculptor by training, 32-year-old Rich taps his creative streak to deliver for big clients like the Ocean Conservancy. This Hobart grad has produced more than $1.75 million in fees over the past 5 years, reflecting over $59 million in leases. He's still sculpting and continues to exhibit his bronzes around the area.

We're making Adam an honorary member of the Bisnow 35, because he does something critical: keeps our readers fed at what has become the hottest real estate joint in town. But it's not all steak for Williamowsky judging from this picture. Is BLT Fish coming to DC?

The 29-year-old Lehigh grad is a project architect for the modernization of the Commerce Department?s Herbert Hoover Building headquarters.
Bryant Richardson, Bear Companies
The 30-year-old Richardson recently left mega-firm DLA Piper to take the General Counsel post at the Bear Companies. The Miami law grad oversees legal aspects of cutting edge deal structures for commercial real estate projects across the US.
