"Accelerate" Program Teaches Brokerage Survival
Two graduates of the inaugural class of Virginia Tech Program in Real Estate are jump-starting their careers under the mentorship of Colliers International experts. Jack Senske is joining a new Colliers program called “Accelerate,” which requires a two-year commitment from nine new brokers in the Colliers NYC office reporting to Kim Brennan and a five-person board of advisors. The fast-paced training will teach them the skills they need to survive as brokerage professionals. Cody Owens is beginning his time with Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services and will help develop property appraisals through research and physical inspections in the Richmond office. Jack and Cody were part of the team of real estate students from Virginia Tech who won a national competition this year. Pictured: Cody Owens, Christopher Lomaka, Jack Senske and Amy Cohen.
