Bisnow Scoop: Transwestern Poaches Pair from Colliers
Bisnow has learned exclusively that Transwestern has added two executives to its growing tenant advisory division, poaching John Schlegel and John Lugar from Colliers International’s DC office. The Johns will both be EVPs and work under senior managing director Tom Rogers, who was hired away from Cushman & Wakefield two months ago. Lugar and Schlegel will represent government affairs, legal and association clients. “As a nimble, fast-growing private company that values an entrepreneurial spirit,” Schlegel said, “Transwestern provides the environment and business model that will allow us to deliver exceptional results for our occupier clients.” The pair started on Monday and immediately boost a sector of tenant representation in which Transwestern is rapidly growing.
