Bruce Pascal Heading To Cushman & Wakefield
As Vornado prepares to merge its DC business with JBG, its longtime head of leasing, Bruce Pascal, is heading to Cushman & Wakefield.
Pascal, pictured in the middle with Cushman & Wakefield regional managing principal Roberta Liss and Peter Carroccio, will become executive managing director in the DC region. Carroccio came over in September from CBRE to lead the firm's DC brokerage.
Pascal's addition comes as a big win for the firm, which recently lost brokers Brian Tucker and Brian Dawson to JLL.
“Bruce is incredibly respected by the real estate community, and his experience and expertise only strengthens our already robust brokerage team,” Liss said in a release. “His insight and experience will be a great addition to our deep bench of talented brokers.”
Pascal owns one of the rarest collections of Hot Wheels in the world, and was featured on Pawn Stars in 2015 selling one of his prized possessions. He has also been a huge part of Vornado's refresh of Crystal City, winning a NAIOP Northern Virginia award for the DesignLab in 2014.
Pascal was a hot commodity on the DC personnel market after JBG Smith announced its head of leasing would be CBRE's Dave Ritchey.
