DC Gains Weight with 2015 Mega Projects
If DC’s New Year’s Resolution is more growth, it’s off to a great start. Elevation DC rounded up the projects we’re most looking forward to in 2015, from tiny homes to a Lowe's at Dakota Crossing. Some fun and functional additions include the return of streetcars and Franklin Square Park’s makeover, possibly to a “sustainable urban park.” And developments like the new DC United stadium (pictured above) and the 2.2M SF mixed-use Capitol Crossing development will be a draw for businesses and residents. Another revolutionary development is a new Ecodistrict that will have sustainable living and work spaces.
