DC Real Estate Firms Celebrate The Year's Successes At Company Holiday Parties

As brokers and developers wrapped up 2016 with last-minute deals, DC's commercial real estate firms celebrated the year's successes with company holiday parties. We stopped by a few of them earlier this month.

McCaffery Interests hosted its Christmas Party at Clyde's of Gallery Place on Dec. 7. As Capitals fans flowed into the Verizon Center next door, the attendees at the party enjoyed an open bar with hors d'oeuvres such as shrimp and oysters.

We found McCaffery senior managing director Juan Cameron and managing director John Ziegenhein.

On Dec. 8, we stopped by AOBA's holiday party at the Four Seasons in Georgetown. With more than 500 attendees, the party had several buffet-style food stations with everything from seafood to steak to ravioli. 

Here are four members of AOBA's Board of Directors: AOBA EVP Peggy Jeffers, First Potomac Realty Trust VP Judy Tria, Borger Management EVP Arianna Royster and Tishman Speyer director Sean Warfield.
