Fundrise Goes International

After getting tons of interest from international investors looking into US real estate, DC-based Fundrise has expanded its reach to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
The crowdfunding platform is the first online marketplace for crowdfunded real estate investment in the nation, and has more than 60,000 investors.
The business, co-founded by brothers Ben (pictured) and Dan Miller, allows small investors to invest in large real estate deals. It also has offices in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle. [WBJ]
