IREM Forecast Jan. 29
Meet Debbie Santano, snapped this morning in her Tysons office at Brandywine Realty Trust, where she’s property management director. On the side, she chairs the region for the Institute of Real Estate Management—chapters in DC, NoVa, MoCo, Richmond, Hampton Roads and Baltimore. If you care about property management, IREM’s your peeps. And whether you belong or not, you should be at their annual Forecast next Thursday afternoon, Jan. 29, at the Arlington Renaissance.
IREM is the 70-year-old property management offshoot of the National Association of Realtors (which is not just residential but half commercial). Here are several of their local leaders at a similar meeting last October: Jamie Carr and Tonya Clark of Maryland bookending Jean Collins of DC and Carol Walker of NoVa. Come one and all, Jan. 29: Wisdom from JLL, CBRE, Mill Creek and Altus Group execs. And a “vendor blender” expo of providers from landscapers and window washers to concierge and remediation services.
