Cushman & Wakefield and J.F. McKinney + Associates announced a mutual decision to join forces, merging two of Chicago's leading firms. Now Cushman & Wakefield's global reach will be strengthened by J.F. McKinney + Associates' strong Chicago office leasing expertise. J.F. McKinney + Associates is a leading agency leasing firm in Chicago, representing over 16M SF of office space in iconic buildings like the Merchandise Mart and the John Hancock Center. In the last 25 years the company has overseen the leasing of roughly 25M SF of vacant space and secured anchor tenants like Goldman Sachs, IBM, and the American Hospital Association. As part of the acquisition, Jack McKinney (pictured) will serve as vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, leading the agency's Chicago leasing practice.
