Scoop: Cushman & Wakefield's Brian Tucker, John Dragelin Join Brian Dawson In Move To JLL
After reporting last week that Cushman & Wakefield's Brian Dawson moved to JLL, Bisnow has learned that the firm's executive director, Brian Tucker, and broker John Dragelin are also departing for JLL.
JLL has not made any announcements, but a source inside Cushman & Wakefield confirmed the departure. A second source tells Bisnow that Brian will bring the Lerner portfolio, one of the largest in the area, over to JLL with him. Nationals owner Ted Lerner's Lerner Enterprises owns more DC-area property than just about anybody, including a recent big investment in Tysons.
Just in the past year, the trifecta above signed a 125k SF lease for EY and a 62k SF lease for CSC at Lerner's under-construction 1775 Tysons building. Losing Brian, Brian and John comes at the same time C&W appointed CBRE's Peter Carroccio head of its DC-area brokerage operations.
Brian, on the left with Moe Hamilton and John in 2014, managed Cushman & Wakefield's NoVA office, with the firm's agency leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, project finance, and property and construction management all under his umbrella. He has been in the industry for more than 25 years and was previously a principal partner at Diamond Property Co and VP of leasing for Beacon Properties.
