Hotel Monaco has a storied history: built in 1842 as DC’s first main post office, it was converted to a swank Kimpton hotel in 2001. Following Pebblebrook’s purchase of the hotel in 2010, SOL VISTA worked closely with the owner and the hotel’s onsite team to identify and implement numerous ROI-driven, utility-saving measures.
