205 Resi Units Pitched for NoMa Warehouse
Documents filed with the Historic Preservation Office indicate that Foulger-Pratt Development and Torti Gallas Urban are planning to transform a NoMa warehouse at 301 N St NE into a residential and retail development with an 11-story addition. While the warehouse, currently occupied by Capital Self-Storage, isn't a historic landmark yet, the submission suggests an application may be on its way. An early mock-up of the project features a 110-foot addition behind the warehouse, which would also include 19k SF of retail space, 205 residential units and 110 parking spaces, UrbanTurf reports. As part of the renovation, the developers would remove additions on the existing building and restore the west façade. Right now, the developers are looking to get feedback in an informal review with the HPRB, scheduled for late May, before they continue. [UT]
