Renderings Revealed: Perseus' Revised Plans For NoMa's Storey Park
In recent months, Perseus Realty and Four Points Development have changed their plans for their Storey Park development in NoMa to swap out an office building for a hotel.
The development team has submitted its updated plans with the Board of Zoning Adjustments, and the application includes new renderings of the latest iteration of the project.
The new proposal calls for a 462 residential units, a 225-room hotel and 23K SF of retail. The development will be built on a 71K SF site in the heart of NoMa at the corner of First and L streets NE.
The project had originally been planned by First Potomac Realty Trust, but the REIT sold its 97% stake in the development last summer. The original proposal called for a 346K SF office building and a smaller, 300-unit residential building.
The 130-foot-tall development will include a rooftop pool and amenity space shared by the hotel guests and apartment residents. It will also have a large central courtyard and smaller green spaces on the outside of the building.
An underground parking garage would include 185 shared parking spaces for the residents and hotel customers and 91 retail spaces, plus 122 bicycle spaces. Perseus Realty officials declined to comment on the application filing.
