Ultra-modern condos are about to hit Herndon. K. Hovnanian has just broken ground on a new 180-unit, five-property condo complex just off Route 28 near Dulles Airport, thanks to a $38M in construction financing from EagleBank. The project, to be called the Discovery Square Condominiums, will include large two bedroom, two bath units, as well as close proximity to the shopping and amenities of Herndon and Reston Town Center. The short trip to Dulles Airport won't hurt, either. Sales have been ongoing at Discovery Square since earlier this summer.
