Day in the life: Always been a morning person – loves to exercise first thing and get to desk by 7:30. Represents mostly DC area tenants, primarily law firms and nonprofits. Closed over 40 deals so far this year. Leaves most nights before 5 PM and, when in town, never misses children’s athletic events. Also insists on family dinners and a walk afterwards. 
Memorable project: Handled several large projects for intel community post 9/11. As an attorney, consolidated several DC agencies that resulted in being nominated DC pro bono lawyer of the year and switching from law to brokerage.
Why CRE: Worked with Greg O’Brien on agency consolidation project and was asked to consider switching to brokerage. Took sabbatical from law job try brokerage and never returned. 
Hometown: Kingston, Penn.
Why DC: To attend law school at Catholic.
First job: Tennis counselor at Don Budge Tennis Camp at McDonough School in Owings Mills.
School: Amherst College and the Columbus School of Law.
Job in another life: Sports coach and mentor to young professionals.

Greatest fear: Boredom.  
Daily habit: Morning bagel and cream cheese
Favorite music groups: Aretha Franklin, James Taylor, and Billy Joel.
Favorite Book: To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
Favorite movie: Wizard of Oz (1939).
Favorite vacation: Laguna Nigel, Calif.
Favorite restaurant: Kellari Taverna (1700 K St., NW).
Bucket list: Australian Open and Wimbledon. 
Family Facts: Married to Don; four adult children (youngest is senior at Landon); and three grandchildren.
Hobbies: Tennis, golf, aerobics, barre ballet, swimming, and biking.
Startling fact: Member of Psi Upsilon fraternity at Amherst College. “We negotiated to get the fraternities to accept women.”
