PN Hoffman Gets Funding For

Mixed-Use Project At 680 Eye St. SW

EagleBank is funding the construction of a new mixed-use development by PN Hoffman at 680 Eye ST. SW. The development will feature 173 high-end apartment units with ground floor retail. A key differentiating feature is the building design, which pays homage to mid-century modern architecture while providing first-class amenities, in addition to views of the monuments, Capitol Building, and Washington Channel. The development also includes a newly constructed Riverside Baptist Church, whose property was part of the overall land acquisition, and underground parking garage. The residential building is being constructed to achieve LEED Gold and the Church is being constructed to achieve LEED Silver.
