Get Financing For Alexandria Condo Project
EagleBank is providing The Christopher Cos., in partnership with Elm Street Development, financing for the acquisition and construction of a 124-unit residential condominium project located at the intersection of Beulah Road and Telegraph Road in Alexandria. The development is part of a larger 55-and-older master planned community called The Crest of Alexandria. The full community will feature 250 units and will include single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. Builders are Van Metre and Craftmark Homes. The project will have 95 market rate units ranging from 1,434 SF to 1,858  SF and priced from $414,900 to $484,900, and 39 affordable dwelling units, ranging from 605 SF to 1,143 SF.
