Developer Gets Financing For

Bethesda Self-Storage Facility

EagleBank is providing funding to Shane Albers of 1784 Capital Holdings LLC to build a seven-level, 175K SF self-storage facility in Bethesda, MD. The project will deliver 1,185 climate controlled units at a highly desirable location off of River Road. Located at 5204 River Road in Bethesda, the 1.48 acres of land currently consists of four contiguous parcels, a two-story cinder block industrial building and an attached garage. There is little likelihood of competition with a scarcity of land along this major in-town access road and there is an additional multifamily community under construction nearby.
