Hoffman-Madison Waterfront Gets Financing

For The Wharf's Pier 4 Office Building

EagleBank will provide Hoffman-Madison Waterfront a loan to construct Pier 4, a 30K SF office building at The Wharf in Southwest Washington, D.C. It is DC’s first and only office building to be built on a pier, extending 260 feet into the Potomac River. Pier 4 offers 12’ ceiling heights, private covered outdoor terraces, and panoramic views of the water and nearly the entire length of The Wharf. The first floor is fully leased to Entertainment Cruises, and availability remains on the upper two floors including 10K SF on the second floor with a private 900 SF covered terrace, and 6,500 SF on the third floor with a spectacular 3K SF private outdoor terrace. The Pier 4 office building will deliver in December 2017.
