Knutson Cos. Lands Financing For

Leesburg Mixed-Use Project

EagleBank is funding the acquisition, development and construction of a new mixed-use development by the Knutson Companies. The development will feature 64 condominiums and a free-standing 4K SF retail building at 222 South King St. in the Leesburg Arts District, King Street Station is within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. The W&OD Trail is adjacent to the property offering residents immediate access to biking, walking and running opportunities. The gateway feature is a plaza with an open-air pavilion reminiscent of a mill which once stood on the property.
