Company: Acquired, developed or entitled over 14M SF in DC region; manages 4.5M SF and leases 3M SF; development pipeline is 11M SF.
Memorable project: 1200 7th St., NW – 170k SF office building completed in 2014. Faced many challenges but delivered award-winning building.
Current project: 1101 and 1111 16th St, NW. Redeveloping two prominent buildings into one, freestanding 100k SF trophy-class office building.
CRE career: Started as civil engineer and worked with many developer clients. Went to business school and then joined Akridge.
