CityInterests Secures Predevelopment

Financing For 3.1M SF Parkside Project

EagleBank has provided a loan on behalf of CityInterests that will fund pre-development for Parkside, a 3.1M SF mixed-use PUD project located at the western side of I-295/Kenilworth Avenue, directly across from the Minnesota Avenue Metro. Parkside is the most prominent development in the DC Promise Neighborhood Initiative footprint. DCPNI is an incubator for locally driven solutions that build sustainable, just and prosperous communities. In collaboration with local partners, it fosters innovative approaches to create neighborhoods where healthy, safe places exist and children and parents succeed. Parkside will encompass for sale and for lease residential, office space, non-profit and health agencies, retail space, improved transit options, as well as many local amenities. EagleBank is proud to support CityInterests in executing the next phase of this important project for the District.
