Dubai already boasts the world's largest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa, but it is now trying to outdo itself. A JV of Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding is developing The Tower At Dubai Creek Harbor, which will reach a record 3,045 feet, 330 feet taller than the Burj Khalifa.
