Shaw Already 75% Pre-Leased

EagleBank originated an acquisition and construction loan to a partnership of Community Three Development and Streetscape Partners for the project known as 10Eleven, a 71-unit condo building located in Shaw at 11th and M streets, NW. 10Eleven will offer one- and two-bedroom units, 21 below-ground parking spaces, and 1,200 SF of shared rooftop offering fantastic views of the National Cathedral and National Basilica. The lobby includes furnishings and artwork curated by nationally known DC designer, Darryl Carter. Also included at the ground level are 4,200 SF of retail fronting on 11th and M streets. Sales are through McWilliams Ballard and the building is more than 75% pre-sold. Delivery is expected this fall.
