CityCenter in Bloom
It seems like some new wrinkle of CityCenter shows up each day now, as the condos and apartments deliver, retail quickly approaches, and office space is being built out. Hines is even dressing up the space at night with these nifty lights in honor of the Cherry Blossom Festival. The lights will be up through tonight in CityCenter's open public spaces, if you want to take a look.
Speaking of the apartments, they're finally open, and the first residents have moved in. Earlier this week, Mayor Gray (looking appropriately melancholy at the loss of a ribbon) officially opened things up. He was was joined by Shalom Baranes Associates' Robert Sponseller, Hines' Howard Riker, Jack Evans, Victor Hoskins, and Hines' Bill Alsup and Jason Jacobson.
