Developer Rolls Out Luxury Car Promotion in Bid to Attract Tenants
As luxury apartments continue to hit the market in the DC area, developers and leasing agents are pulling out all the stops to attract interest. For the Bozzuto Group, that includes rolling out some fancy cars to lure potential tenants. The developer’s Cathedral Commons, a $125M mixed-use complex on Wisconsin Avenue, offered Maserati test drives for guests back in April. This Saturday, the company will bring in two Tesla Model S sports cars for guests to try. About 30% of the units at Cathedral Commons are still available. Prices range from $1,800 per month for studios to $7,800 for townhouses. [WaPo]
