Greysteel has arranged the sale of the 275-unit Belmont Crossing apartment complex in DC at an undisclosed price. The multifamily community is at 4201 7th St and consists of 25 three-story buildings. Greysteel repped the seller, Seventh Street Southeast LP, in the sale to Belmont Crossing Apartments LLC. The community is close to several federal employment centers and just minutes away from the Capitol Hill neighborhood and downtown DC. It's operated under the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. Units are reserved for residents whose income is not in excess of 60% of the median income in the area. [CPE]
