Macerich Opens the VITA in Tysons Corner
NoVa has a new luxury residential tower. The VITA Tysons Corner is a 30-story apartment building with 429 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The units range from 557 SF to 1,817 SF, with rents starting at $1,975/month for a studio, to more than $6,145/month for a three-bedroom, Multi-Housing News reports. Each unit sports Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops and designed baths. Amenities include a rooftop saltwater pool, an upscale restaurant, a fitness center, an outdoor terrace and bicycle storage. The LEED Silver-certified building also has plenty of green features, including electric vehicle charging stations, Energy Star appliances and on-site recycling. VITA was developed by Kettler, and designed by Shalom Baranes Associates, with Cecconi Simone on the interiors. [MHN]
