DC’s Top 5 Hottest Neighborhoods
DC’s hottest neighborhood of 2015 will be quiet Woodbridge, according to new research from Redfin. Buyers will want affordable homes in convenient locations, so while they won’t be hunting in expensive urban neighborhoods, they won’t be heading too far into the ‘burbs either. As people continue moving East, neighborhoods like Woodbridge will win them over with larger lots and diverse architecture ranging from early 20th century Craftsman bungalows (above) and brick colonials, to new construction, all while still paying less than last year’s hot commodity, Brookland.
