Four Constitution Square

The final phase of StonebridgeCarras’ ambitious, 2.7M SF mixed-use NoMa development, Four Constitution Square, will provide over 500K SF of transit-oriented office space next to the NoMa-Gallaudet U Metro station.
The U.S. Department of Justice has signed on to lease Four Constitution Square and Three Constitution Square, which completed in 2013. It was D.C.’s largest office lease since 2002 when it was signed in 2015. Both office buildings will achieve LEED Platinum certification and have been designed to accommodate advanced security measures.
Four Constitution Square is slated for completion by Q2 2019. A joint venture of MetLife and Norges Bank purchased the development, along with Three Constitution Square, for $421.8M in September 2016, a price of just over $500/SF.
Sentinel Square Phase III

Trammell Crow will finalize a three-phase development plan of its 1.5M SF NoMa office complex, Sentinel Square. MetLife acquired this property for $58M in late 2017, and several federal and local government agencies have signed on as tenants. The developer plans to qualify the building for LEED Silver certification. The building is scheduled for completion by Q1 2020.
Constellation On H

This project, designed by PGN Architects, offers for-sale condos at the center of the H Street corridor. The development is composed of 28 units ranging from 660 to 1,774 SF. Constellation's luxury penthouse units feature views of the Washington Monument and the U.S. Capitol, and building amenities include storage space, secure bike parking and a roof terrace. The property was completed at the end of 2017.
