Bisnow Scoop: John Buck Sells Downtown

Bisnow has learned that the John Buck Co has sold 1620 L St to an affiliate of LaSalle Investment Management for $65.2M. That's $417/SF for the 156k SF property, built in 1989 and which John Buck picked up in late '08 for $61M. Eastdil repped John Buck; we're told JLL will now handle leasing.
