Bisnow Scoop: Post HQ Sale a Done Deal?

It looks like the Washington Post's 1150 15th St HQ is officially in the hands of Carr Properties. DC public records show that Graham Holdings (the company formed following Jeff Bezos' purchase of the newspaper last fall) sold the site to Carr last week for just under $158M. It's unknown what Carr will do with the site once the Post finds a new home (though we suspect all Carr Labor Day BBQ invitations will now be written on a massive printing press); as we reported back in December, it could be a mixed-use redevelopment.
