Washington's own DLA Piper real estate co-chair Jay Epstien (fourth from right) assembled this week with colleagues in Tel Aviv for the firm's Global Real Estate Conference. The event coincides with surging investment of Israeli capital in the US, including Alony Hetz's $330M to Carr Properties last year. Jay's joined by DLA Piper colleagues Olaf Schmidt, Jeremy Lustman, Lee Miller, Roger Meltzer, Doug Kinney, Carsten Loll, Paul Jayson, and Orson Alocer.
