Breaking News: 7550 Wisconsin Sells

This afternoon we snapped Akridge and Rockwood Capital's 7550 Wisconsin Ave in Bethesda, which has sold to GLL Real Estate Partners for $75M. DTZ marketed the building. The repositioned, 120k SF building is almost full and sold for a pretty penny: roughly $627 PSF, according to the Washington Business Journal. Congrats to the whole team that saw this renovation through to completion and sale, speaking of which we're excited to be hearing tomorrow from Chip Akridge himself at our annual Bisnow Washington State of the Market.
