Cushman & Wakefield Hires D.C. Executive Managing Director From Transwestern
Cushman & Wakefield has added a veteran broker to its D.C. leasing team.
The firm announced Wednesday it hired Jovi McAndrew as executive managing director. He will advise landlords and tenants on leasing strategies.
McAndrew, who has been in the industry for 25 years, comes from Transwestern, where he served as executive vice president of occupier solutions. He has completed deals for over 7M SF of office, industrial, flex and research space.
