FOR LEASE: With A 37K SF Lease Extension And New Conference Center, 777 Sixth St. Has More To Offer

BGO and Lincoln Property Co. announced the American Association for Justice has signed a 37K SF lease extension for the third and fourth floors at 777 Sixth St. The upscale office building sits in the heart of D.C.'s lively East End neighborhood, just steps from Gallery Place and Capital One Arena.

The lease extension comes as BGO and Lincoln launch a large renovation of the 187K SF building, making it a top choice for companies looking for their next workplace. Delivering in 2025 and designed by OTJ Architects, the renovations include a new 180-plus-capacity conference facility and lounge on the front corner of the second floor, as well as lobby, entry and fitness center improvements.

777 Sixth St. has already become a destination for companies looking to provide employees a first-class workplace, featuring 11 stories with best-in-class amenities. These include a covered rooftop terrace overlooking D.C. landmarks, a luxury fitness center and a parking garage equipped with 190-plus spaces and electric vehicle charging stations.
