NKF Hires D.C. Broker From CBRE
Newmark Knight Frank's D.C. office has hired a broker from a top competitor.
Suzanne White joins NKF from CBRE, where she spent three years working on its occupier services team. She previously worked at Divaris Real Estate for one year and Cushman & Wakefield for nine years.
White will work on NKF's landlord representation team, partnering with Chairman Brendan Owen and Associate Morgan Monroe. The team earlier this month was retained by DSC Partners to lease its newly acquired office building at 1250 Eye St. NW. Last year it was selected by Boston Properties to lease the office space at Metropolitan Square, where it has built out several large spec suites.
“Suzanne has an impeccable reputation in the industry,” Owen said in a release. “Combined with Morgan Monroe’s leadership and expertise and my decades of experience, we look forward to working together to provide superior service to our clients.”
