Veteran investment sales gurus Joe Friedman and Julian Etches have joined Transwestern, bolstering the firm's capital markets team. Market leader Phil McCarthy tells us Joe and Julian, who specialize in transactions from $1M to $20M (that means they could sell you most baseball players not named A-Rod), "bring sophistication to the small-cap market," and will complement the deep institutional, industrial, and multifamily investment sales teams already in place. Phil says Transwestern plans to keep growing, too, with more hires expected soon in its DC, Bethesda, and NoVa offices.
