Just as he was about to head on stage as a panelist at our Montgomery County Forecast last week, Foulger-Pratt VP Brigg Bunker (right, with Minkoff Development's Andy Chod) told us his firm's Exchange at Wheaton Station project is leasing up quick—the almost 500 apartment units are at 30% occupancy after opening earlier this year. A big thanks to Cardinal Bank president Kevin Reynolds, who kicked off last Thursday's event at Bethesda Blues & Jazz.
Thanks as well to our other extraordinary sponsors including Creative Access (run by principal Vonda Peterson, above), as well as Cooper Carry, Linowes & Blocher, Bank of Georgetown, RMA, Orange Taxi, and the Jane Fairweather Team. These are incredible firms that truly help make the Washington real estate community the vibrant force that it is.
