Aficionados of East Hampton know Lily Pond may be the ritziest street, but Hedges is the most aptly named.
What would the Hamptons be without high walls of leaves, behind which party-givers like DC’s own David Zaslav, CEO of Discovery, could host a Labor Day shindig featuring the likes of Jack Nicholson and Martin O’Malley? (It did not, however, feature us.)
Yet some of the community’s best assets are open to the public, like East Hampton’s Main Beach…
… rated pretty high by the experts, as this posted ranking showed.
It’s useful to be an investment banker if you go to the Hamptons, and not just because prices are so high. The beaches seem geared to people used to reading SEC regulations. There are a lot of rules to be followed.
