TechWorld Sale Wraps Up

Meridian Group has officially purchased the TechWorld buildings from JBG, which we told you about on Valentine's Day. (Most relationships that begin on Valentine's Day are the result of desperation and never last. So this is nice to see.) The buildings, which total 750k SF, sit catty-corner to CityCenter; multiple reports have the price pegged at around $315M.
