Trinity Academic Center One Step Closer
Ground was officially broken Saturday on Trinity Washington University's $40M academic center, the school's first new academic building in 50 years. Some big names in DC real estate pitched in to make the building possible. Snapped here: Goulston & Storrs' Maureen Dwyer (providing zoning, finance, and construction counsel with her team—someone get her a hard hat!), JLL's Michelle Dandeneau (project management), EYP's Melissa Burns (design), Clark Construction's Michael Alto, Alpha Corp's Michael Frankowiak and Tim Motsch, EYP's Brent Castro, Toni Ayers, Elissa Kellett, and Eric Kern, Rhodeside Engineering's Qiaojue Yu (landscape design), and EYP's Ted Osborne.
