Live from BOMA!
Bisnow was on the scene at BOMA International's TOBY awards ceremony last night in Orlando, where we snapped DC's own Rich Greninger of Carr Properties (center) being honored as this past year's BOMA International chair/chief elected officer. He shared the night with his wife Diane, who he says is also a staunch advocate for BOMA. The couple (who met while students at Ohio State) are also celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary this weekend. Rich oversees the management of Carr's 30-property, 5M SF portfolio.
Here's Rich with the team behind the Behringer Harvard-managed/Cousins Properties-owned Burnett Plaza in Fort Worth, TX, which took home the award for office building of the year in the 1M+ SF category: Behringer Harvard's Allison Millington, BOMA/Fort Worth prez Melissa Graham of Cousins Properties, and BOMA/Fort Worth exec director Michelle Lynn flanked by Kimberly-Clark's Jamie Britton, Parmenter's Steve Harrison, and Allison's seven-year-old twins Grant and Bryce.
