Kettler's Head Of Property Management Leaves Company
Kettler, one of the mid-Atlantic's top multifamily managers with a portfolio of more than 30,000 units, is losing the longtime leader of its property management division.
Cindy Clare, who has been Kettler's president of property management since 2005, is leaving the company to become chief operating officer at North Carolina-based Bell Partners.
"It has been a tremendous privilege to lead Kettler's property management division for the past 12 years," Clare said in a release. "I wish nothing but the best for my colleagues and our clients as I begin this new chapter of my career.
David Ohlrich, who joined Kettler as senior vice president earlier this year from Federal Capital Partners, has been promoted to become the new president of the property management division. He will start the new position on Dec. 1, Kettler announced Thursday.
Last year, Kettler hired former Washington Post executive Usha Chaudhary as its president and COO. The move came as the company, founded four decades ago by Bob Kettler, continues its growth into new markets such as Virginia Beach, Raleigh, Greensboro, Chapel Hill and Charleston.
